The Future of Eating
This research project was done during my time at Humanistic, a strategic innovation consultancy. Our client was an investor with a strong stake and interest in the food industry, specifically Quick Serve Restaurants. The research entailed identifying all signals and emerging trends surrounding how people eat, in order to synthesize insights from those signals. Insights inform us and the client on novel business opportunities, and provide us with the ability to strategically foresee areas of growth. For confidentiality, the images below only show the general themes derived from our research, and does not go in depth on the wide majority of the insights discovered.
